More than 75% of the German buildings are more than 25 years old. Most of these buildings don´t fulfill todays requirements and have to be renovated. This building task requires a special knowledge of the used building technology and building material that were use at the time the buildings were built, this also has to be takend into consideration. The content analysis of the conditions of the protection of historical monuments belongs as much to the building task as the assessment of the efficiency of the planned building operations. |
